Observations:

Documents contain a bond dated 24 March 1622 with bounden Walter Vaughan of Walterstone, gent and [no name but, although staining and a fold in the document make it difficult to decipher, seems to read 'femilia obligure'.]  Roulston. It is noticeable that Arnold Vaughan, the son and executor, was designated administrator in this bond to perhaps the 'femilia obligure' refer to him.
  3 sheets in all.

Her inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling. It is poorly written with many alterations and eccentric spelling in places.
